    What do you want out of life?Thats what i used to ask myself all the time,everyday.I slaved away in hot kitchens for over 12 years,working tiresome hours starting from 5am and not getting home til after midnight.Travelling in peak hour,and hitting obstacles that stress you before you takle that big twelve hour shift of dealing with food critics(customers) and meal dockets pouring in ten at a time that hit you within minutes.Thats not mentioning the requests that blow your mind,wondering why these people cant stay at home and eat without making my day hell.STRESS!!!!!!!!
